Founded in 2022, the LSIG Foundation assists fatherless children in South Africa by emphasizing leadership and mentorship for young males and females. Lindani applies the concept of servant leadership, integrating faith, universal principles, and mental health to create supportive, trusting relationships with the youth. The foundation fosters a collaborative and successful social environment, promoting psychological safety, trust, and innovation. By humanizing workplaces and schools, the foundation enhances individuality and contributions within each child’s circle, promoting empathy, respect, mental health, and inclusivity to create a fulfilling and sustainable environment for future generations.

We aim to promote accountability and responsibility by involving specialists in psychology, neurology, healthcare, and education in our program. Without fathers, women face significant challenges in raising children due to income inequality and social barriers, which hinder their success and that of their children.
